Refund policy

Customers may cancel dahlia tuber and dahlia rooted cuttings orders up to two weeks before requested ship date. Please email us at support@triplewren.zendesk.com with your request. We will refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% admin fee.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

We guarantee that our dahlia tubers, rooted dahlia cuttings, and seeds will grow and will be true to variety name, or your product will be refunded. Please see our Terms of Service for more information. Refunds are issued via original payment methods or through store credit. 

This guarantee is limited to the purchase price only, and does not include shipping fees or liability or damages from losses resulting from crop failure. Reselling nursery products originally purchased from Triple Wren Farms voids any and all guarantees on the product.
