Terms of service

Once an order is placed, we cannot add or subtract items. If you want any additional items not included in your original order, please place a new order. We are unable to combine shipping and reduce charges on separately placed orders or on orders from different sales. 

Items placed in carts are not guaranteed or reserved until purchase is completed, and the purchaser has received an order number/confirmation email. 

We guarantee that our dahlia tubers and rooted cuttings will grow and will be true to variety name, or your product will be refunded. Please plant your dahlias after your USDA growing zone's or Canadian Plant Hardiness zone's last frost date, and follow the detailed growing instructions we include with your shipment. Your dahlia tubers should sprout within 5 weeks after planting. If they fail to sprout within 6 weeks after planting, please email us immediately at support@triplewren.zendesk.com. We are not responsible for weather issues, pest damage, or poor customer care. Problems with dahlia tubers or rooted cuttings must be reported by August 1 of the year they were ordered.

Refunds: Customers may cancel orders up to two weeks before requested ship date. Please email us at support@triplewren.zendesk.com with your request. We will refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% admin fee.

We guarantee that our dahlia tubers, rooted dahlia cuttings, plants, and seeds will grow and will be true to variety name, or your product will be refunded. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information. Refunds are issued via original payment methods, or through store credit. 

This guarantee is limited to the purchase price only, and does not include shipping fees or liability or damages from losses resulting from crop failure. Reselling nursery products originally purchased from Triple Wren Farms voids any and all guarantees on the product.

Orders: Triple Wren Farms does not accept orders via mail or telephone. We only accept orders via our Online Store shop.triplewrenfarms.com.

Triple Wren Farms reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.
