Shipping policy

We sell and ship items within the United States and Canada only.

Hard goods (calendars, clothing, books) and seed orders are shipped throughout the year as soon as possible after purchase.

Dahlia tubers and rooted cuttings ship each year in April and May. 

All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.

Canadian orders ship via Canada Post via Xpressport. 

Please note: Packages returned to Triple Wren due to the USPS’s or Canada Post's inability to deliver (whether from inaccurate address info provided to Triple Wren or other delivery issues) are ineligible for a refund of shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
