Chilson’s Pride is a fabulous informal decorative-form dahlia. It boast strong stems (it’s vigorous, so keep the stems cut deep to keep your plant producing sturdy new growth!), and is an excellent producer. This heirloom dahlia (hybridized in 1954) stays superbly strong to the end of the season for us, and is a pastel ombré from creamy middle to true-pink outer petals.
