KA's Peppercorn Dahlia Tuber

KA's Peppercorn is a super-showy laciniated dahlia. It is a brilliant red with sparkling white tips, and produces buckets of 6"+ blooms. Peppercorn was hybridized by Kristine Albrecht of Santa Cruz Dahlias. This listing is for one (1) tuber. Plant height 48”+.
