Svartnäsets® Nougat is a NEW 2027 introduction from Swedish hybridizer Sara Ljunggren. This breathtaking beauty is a 3.5" dark blend ball form dahlia, and is one of the most unusual and gorgeous blooms we've ever encountered. It is not only dramatic and stunning but also vigorous, sturdy, productive, and reliable! If you're a gardener, nothing changes. Grow them, divide them, share them, give them away, sell the cut flowers — enjoy them however you like.

If you sell tubers, cuttings, or plants of SVARTNÄSETS® varieties, you'll need a license. This simply means we've agreed on terms before you list them for sale. Licenses are free to arrange—just contact us.

Why trademark at all? Because it lets us ensure that what reaches you as a SVARTNÄSETS® variety is the real thing — true to name, healthy, and worth your time in the garden.
